About Wes Bolton
Wes Bolton obtained a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Since 2003, Wes has been a Project Engineer for Allstate Consultants. He is responsible for various types of engineering design including commercial land development, street and intersection design (conventional and alternative), storm system design (including conveyance, detention, and water quality), site and grading plans, traffic flow modelling, traffic calming and temporary traffic control plans, pedestrian and bicycle facilities design, and ADA facilities design. Wes provides forensic experience and expert testimony related to various civil engineering items. Additionally, Wes presents to boards/commissions, landowners, and project stakeholders on a diverse range of topics.
Wes is a licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri and Kansas and has been an ACTAR accredited Crash Reconstructionist since 2009, providing forensic engineering expertise related to motor vehicle crashes and bodily injury cases. In 2016, Wes obtained his FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification and developed Allstate’s UAS (Drone) program.
