Ron graduated from the University of Missouri – Rolla with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Geotechnical Engineering.  Ron joined Allstate Consultants in January 2026 as a project engineer.  He has over 35 years of experience in civil engineering; including topographic surveying and construction staking, site development, site grading, design of water distribution and sanitary sewer collection extensions, along with street and storm drainage improvements. He has performed construction testing and administration for many projects including several county bridge (BRO) projects in northwest and northcentral Missouri.  Ron is a registered licensed professional engineer in Missouri, Kansas and Iowa.
