Phillip Mills began surveying in 2022 in Macon where he performed work on Boundary, Alta, and Topographic surveys. He started school in 2023 at State Technical college of Missouri where he received MODOT certifications for Concrete Field Testing, Concrete Strength Testing, Soil Density Testing, Aggerate Technician, and Bituminous Technician. Phillip joined Allstate Consultants in 2025 and works in our Marceline office and is currently working towards becoming a Land Surveyor-Intern.
