Michael Harrington obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Michael interned with Allstate while working towards his Bachelor’s degree. He spent five years in Kansas City before he rejoined Allstate in 2025 as a Civil Engineer. Michael brought five years of experience in municipal roadway and storm sewer design. His duties include engineering design related to land development, traffic, transportation, stormwater, and environment.

Michael is a licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri.
