Kim joined Allstate Consultants in 2026 with 20 years experience in public infrastructure funding and community and economic development programs. Her duties at Allstate include client relationship management, funding assistance,  financial oversight, community and project coordination, and a variety of outreach activities. In this role Kim works closely with our project engineers, office management and technical staff to advocate for client needs internally and ensure a seamless client experience.
