John Sellinger earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering with an emphasis in Environmental Engineering from the University of Missouri–Columbia. He joined Allstate Consultants in June 2026 and supports a variety of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

His responsibilities include assisting with the planning, design, and engineering of water and wastewater treatment facilities, water distribution and wastewater collection systems, hydraulic and water system modeling, and the preparation of preliminary engineering reports. John is committed to developing practical, efficient solutions that support reliable and sustainable water resources for the communities Allstate serves.
