Jason joined Allstate in 2021 bringing more than nine years of experience as a civil/structural engineer in the power delivery, power generation, oil & gas, federal, and telecommunication industries.  His duties include structural design, civil grading and erosion control design, construction support, and specification preparation.  Jason  has expertise in steel structure and concrete foundation design, stormwater grading and drainage design, SWPPP preparation and permitting, and general project execution including budget and schedule controls.

Jason has significant experience in leading structural discipline project teams in project execution and client collaboration, sanitary sewer and firewater piping design, and communicating with clients and municipalities.
