James Tate joined Allstate in 2023. His duties include drafting, design, surveying, concrete testing, and material testing for industrial, residential and commercial projects.

Prior to joining Allstate, James spent five years as a 1361 Technical Engineer in the United States Marine Corps. While in the Marine Corps, James was tasked with conducting site surveys, as-built surveys, elevation verification, construction staking, soil analysis, design, and oversight for construction of roads, landing zones, parking lots, and other construction projects.
