Jacob Reigelsberger graduated from Missouri Western State University, St. Joseph, MO, in 2007, with a B.S. degree in Construction Engineering Technology. He joined Allstate in 2014 and works in our Marceline office.  He is MODOT certified in Concrete Field Testing, Concrete Strength Testing, Aggregate Technician and Soil Density. His duties include design, ALTA-NSPS surveys, topographical and boundary surveys, construction staking, testing and observation of concrete, and developing plans for various types of projects.  Jacob has worked on a variety of projects including water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, rural water systems, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, bridges, box culverts, retaining walls and parking lots.
