Dennis obtained dual degrees in Agricultural Engineering and Agricultural Mechanization from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1992.  He worked for consulting firms in the Agricultural and Civil fields for 7 years and then with USDA-NRCS for 26 years in the roles of Staff, Project and Area Engineer.  Dennis joined the Allstate team in 2026 assisting with wetland mitigation work.  Dennis is licensed in Missouri.
