David Torres joined Allstate in 2022 as a Project Engineer and manages a broad range of structural engineering projects. David is responsible for production of construction documents and construction administration. His duties include structural design, contract drawing production, and specification preparation as well as evaluating change orders, submittals, shop drawings, and special inspection reports.
