Villages of Whiteman Full Depth Reclamation

The Villages of Whiteman Full Depth Reclamation project in Knob Noster, Missouri involved pulverizing existing asphalt and subgrade materials, incorporating a cement stabilizer, moisture conditioning, and compaction to create a stabilized subgrade for asphalt overlay. The subdivision faced widespread drainage issues and subgrade failures, leading to increased pavement maintenance costs. Allstate Consultants conducted bulk sampling and a mix design testing program to develop recommendations for material blending, application, compaction, sealing, curing, and asphalt overlay. Geotechnical services were followed by field observation and in-place density testing throughout the reclamation and paving process.
