The building features a modern showroom, along with sales, parts, and administrative areas, while the service wing includes spacious automotive bays, storage mezzanines, and efficient layouts designed for both customer experience and employee workflow.

The rear structure is supported by CMU walls, while steel moment frames at the front allow for expansive curtain walls and an open, inviting facade. Service areas incorporate masonry walls and steel roof joists, creating a column-free interior that maximizes flexibility and functionality. Extensive site preparation was required to accommodate the existing topography and ensure long-term stability.
